مدل‌سازی ساختاری حکمرانی هوشمند بازاریابی خدمات سلامت از راه دور در بستر خدمات عمومی دیجیتال

چکیده

حول دیجیتال، خدمات سلامت از راه دور را به محوری اساسی در نظام‌های سلامت تبدیل کرده است. موفقیت این خدمات علاوه بر زیرساخت‌های فناورانه، نیازمند الگوهای حکمرانی و راهبردهای بازاریابی سازگار با منطق خدمات عمومی دیجیتال است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارائه‌ی مدل مفهومی حکمرانی هوشمند بازاریابی خدمات سلامت از راه دور با رویکرد خدمات عمومی دیجیتال انجام شد. این مطالعه با رویکرد آمیخته و اولویت بخش کیفی صورت گرفت. در مرحله‌ی نخست، داده‌های کیفی از طریق مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختاریافته با ۱۹ نفر از خبرگان سلامت دیجیتال، مدیریت خدمات سلامت، سیاست‌گذاری عمومی و بازاریابی دیجیتال گردآوری و با روش تحلیل مضمون بررسی شدند. در نتیجه، ۴۴ مضمون پایه در قالب ۹ مضمون فراگیر شناسایی گردید. در مرحله‌ی دوم، برای تبیین روابط میان این مضامین، از روش مدل‌سازی ساختاری-تفسیری بهره گرفته شد. نتایج نشان داد زیرساخت و نوآوری فناورانه همراه با تنظیم‌گری و سیاست‌گذاری در لایه‌های پایه‌ی مدل قرار داشته و بیشترین قدرت نفوذ را بر سایر مؤلفه‌ها دارند. در سطوح میانی، شمول و دسترسی عادلانه، ارزیابی و بهبود مستمر، مشارکت و هم‌آفرینی ارزش، تعامل و تجربه‌ی کاربر و راهبردهای بازاریابی دیجیتال قرار گرفتند که نقش واسطه‌ای ایفا می‌کنند. در نهایت، اعتماد و مشروعیت دیجیتال به‌عنوان پیامد نهایی در رأس مدل قرار گرفت. نتایج تحلیل نفوذ و وابستگی اثبات کرد ساختار حکمرانی هوشمند بازاریابی از لایه‌های زیرساختی آغاز و به شکل‌گیری اعتماد عمومی ختم می‌شود. این مدل چارچوبی کارآمد برای سیاست‌گذاران و مدیران جهت ارتقای کارایی و شفافیت در خدمات فراهم می‌سازد.
