تبیین مدل مفهومی ارتقای سلامت روان کاربران در فضاهای درمانی مبتنی بر خوشهبندی عوامل محیطی

کیفیت محیط بستری در کنار خدمات درمانی از موضوعات با اهمیت و موثر بر سرعت بهبود بیماران و سلامت روان آنها در دوره بستری در بیمارستان شناخته شده است. هدف از این پژوهش ارائه چارچوبی مفهومی مبتنی بر خوشه بندی ویژگیهای محیطی موثر بر بهبود بیماران در مدت بستری در بیمارستان است. به این منظور مرور ادبیات پژوهش در سه پایگاه داده شامل، Web of Science و SCOPUS انجام شد که در نهایت۲۰ مقاله از مطالعه مقالات منتشر شده در ده سال اخیر برگزیده شدند. روش دسته بندی ویژگیها بر اساس روش خوشه بندی مبتنی بر یادگیری ماشینی بود. با وجود عدم وضوح در رابطه با روابط علت و معلولی، شواهد قابل توجهی وجود دارد که نشان میدهد، محیطهای بستری بر پیامدهای سلامتی بیماران موثر میباشد. این مقاله یک چارچوب مفهومی را پیشنهاد میکند که ویژگیهای مختلف محیط داخلی فضای درمانی را به نتایج سلامتی کاربران مرتبط میکند. این چارچوب ساختاری را برای گروه بندی اثرات علی با توجه به ارتباط آنها با 3ویژگی کلی فضایی شامل؛ محیط راحت، فضای آرامش بخش و عملکرد فضایی خوب در ارتباط با محیط داخلی فضای درمانی ارائه میدهد.
